(Upper Cemetery) A fire was supposedly here in 2012, which badly damaged the
cemetery. As of 11 Aug 2023, this cemetery was in very bad condition. Felled
trees and shrubbery exist on most of the cemetery. There were about three
iron-enclosed graves. One had an unreadable headstone. One was John P. Martin
with a very readable headstone. One iron-enclosed grave had a tree on top of it;
the gravestone was unreadable. One more enclosed fence for a grave was
completely down, and we could not tell whose grave it was. This cemetery is just
North of Rocky Bar.
